A mother and her two boys were driving in a vehicle, when they got caught in the flood. The rescuers got to the 13 year old boy but he let his ten year old brother go first. Both himself and his mother were taken away by the flood, but the 10 year old survived.

ReplyDeleteya it depends on what his crime was when he escaped. Because if he killed someone then yes.
