162 people perished in Alabama after the storm that went through 16 counties.
How can a town recover from this kind of tragedy?

Witnesses Recount Tornado Encounters
The storms have killed over 240 people in the south.  A resident said, "It was like a silent monster.  It was full of lightning and it was moving at a steady rate and it was just demolishing everything in it's path."
