A doctor in Boston is sentenced to 6 months in jail and 9 months of home confinement after a woman got an abortion and died. He was charged with involuntary manslaughter for not monitoring her while she was under the anesthesia.
Do you think his sentence should be longer?
no because he did not physicaly kill her it might not have been his falt
