Owner Outraged Charges Not Filed In Deer's Death

A man is not charged after killing a deer at a petting zoo.  Witnesses said that they saw the man scale the 10 foot fence, and stab the deer to death at a private petting zoo.  He claimed that it was in self defense, so the court declined the charges that the petting zoo owner tried pressing even though he was intoxicated with a 0.09% blood alcohol level.

Do you think he should be charged?

  1. I think he should be pressed charges because the only reason the deer attacked him is because he jumped in the cage and probably startled the deer
